When you walk into #1 Auto Auction, our courteous staff will provide you with a list of vehicles available and all necessary information.

 Feel free to ask questions as we are there to serve you and make your buying
experience as hassle free and easy as possible.
 There is usually several hundred vehicles available and all are being sold at wholesale prices and below.
 Vehicles offered at #1 Auto Auction are mostly out of state vehicles, each one diligently checked and selected by our experienced sourcing staff; sources range from bank repossessions, seizures, lease returns, car rental returns, new car trades and more - most are only one prior owner.

After the inspection period the speaker will blare "It's now auction time!!!" and asks for everyone to enter the auction area.

 Every vehicle on the lot will be driven through, and the auctioneer will be calling the prices.
 It's VERY simple to bid on a vehicle. All you have to do is raise your hand when you are comfortable with the current price quote and you will be marked the current highest   bidder.
 Bidding will continue until no one outbids the last price quote.

 A Salesperson will escort you to our cashier to begin the payment transaction
 A 25 % deposit (minimum $ 500; whichever is greater) is required payable in Cash, VisaTM, MastercardTM or ATM debit card.
 Vehicles must be paid in full and picked up within 24 hours.
 Final payment must be paid in cash or certified/bank check.
 Financing is also available.

 All vehicles are warranted per N.Y.S. Lemon Law and/or an in house warranty.
Extended warranties are available.
N.Y.S. registration and plates are available on premises for on the spot deliveries. 
Out of state residents can purchase 30-day in transit permits. N.Y.S. Automobile insurance also available on premises.
